The JONIEC company manufactures fences, fence foundations, lawns, palisades, facades, concrete blocks, road slabs. The products are subjected to the production processes of "Vibro technology" and "Splitting technology", which determine their basic properties. The multitude of colors, textures and high quality of products means that for several years our group of clients has been constantly growing. Meeting the expectations both in terms of quality and aesthetics of workmanship, we enjoy their trust.
The products are manufactured based on national and European standards.
We sell retail and wholesale in the country and abroad. We deliver manufactured materials to any place using our own car fleet and cooperating with forwarding companies.
On our website, next to the description of each product, there is a form with which you can send a request for a price, delivery, indication of the place of purchase from our representatives, or other information about the product.
We entered 2014 with a new logotype and new visual identity. Our new logotype is aimed at even better promotion of JONIEC's position and brand already established on the market.
"On 25th of May 2018, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union No. 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR) becomes effective with direct effect as regards the Polish legal system.
In view of the above, Mieczysław Joniec FPUH JONIEC hereby informs that:

- You can contact the Controller in writing, by letter sent to the address indicated in Sec. 1, or by e-mail to the following address: joniec@joniec.pl;
- Your personal data are processes pursuant to Article 6, Section 1, Letter f of the GDPR, i.e. in cases when processing in necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller;
- The legitimate interests pursued by "JONIEC" mean fulfilment of commitments under the concluded agreements and contracts, as well as offering products and services to the customers;
- Your personal data are processes manually and automatically, in line with JONIEC's Personal Data Protection Policy;
- The Controller may process your data without your consent to the extent they are publicly available, i.e., for instance, data from the Register of Companies of the National Court Register (KRS) or the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEiDG);
- Your data shall not be disclosed to any entities, except entities authorised under the applicable legal regulations;
- Your data shall not be communicated to any organisations and international institutions;
- The Collector spares no effort to secure the stored personal data against their accidental or intentional damage, accidental loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in line with all applicable regulations, with the use of physical, technical and organisational protection measures.
In connection with your personal data being processes by the Collector you may:
– ask the Collector for access to your personal data;
– ask the Collector to correct your personal data;
– ask the Controller to remove your personal data;
– ask the Controller to limit the processing of your personal data;
– raise objections to processing your personal data;
– revoke your consent to process your personal data, which shall not render processing of these data before revoking the consent invalid or illegal;
– exercise your right to data portability;
– file a complaint with a supervisory body.
